Before you say hello.
Do I need a degree in interior design?
For the design roles, training helps, but a portfolio says more than a certificate. For site, craft, people and story roles, show us what you’ve done.
I’m early in my career. Can I apply?
Yes, where a role says ‘early career welcome’. Curiosity and care matter more to us than years. We’ll pair you with someone who’s done it before.
Where will I work?
Our studio is in Kochi and our homes are across Kerala, Bengaluru and South India, so most roles include some travel. Homes are built in person, so only the Storyteller role is hybrid.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Pick the one that feels most like you and mention the other in your note. We’ll talk about both.
What should my portfolio include?
Three pieces you’re proud of and one you’d redo, with a line on why. Phone photos are fine. We care about your thinking, not your gloss.
Will I hear back?
Yes. We reply to every note. If it’s a no, it’ll be a kind one, with a reason.
