What you share
The home planner asks for your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method and project requirements. Neighbourhood, project name and personal notes are optional. Please leave out sensitive information or details about other people.
When it is sent
Your answers stay in this page’s memory until you choose “Send my home story”. Leaving or refreshing the page clears unsent answers. A successful submission gives you a reference number. If you open an email draft instead, your email app handles sending it.
How we use it
Belong Interiors uses submitted details to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and manage follow-up. Your details are available to authorised team members in our private console. Submitting a project brief does not subscribe you to marketing.
Where it is handled
The website and enquiry service are designed to run on Vercel, with project records and administrator authentication in Supabase. These providers process information to operate the service. To limit spam, the service stores a keyed hash of your email and network address in short-lived rate-limit counters; it does not store the raw network address in the enquiry.
Keeping and removing your details
Project records are kept for enquiry follow-up and any resulting project relationship. Contact us to ask about access, corrections or removal of your details. A fixed automatic deletion period has not yet been configured.
Team social accounts
When an administrator connects a social account, the private console uses Meta to read the selected Page or Instagram professional account and to publish posts that the administrator explicitly reviews and submits. Account identifiers, imported posts, content drafts, media and publishing records are stored in the workspace. Access tokens are encrypted on the server. Belong does not ask for your Instagram or Facebook password.
Removing a social connection or its data
An administrator can disconnect an account in Social studio to remove its stored access token. You can also revoke Belong in Meta’s Business Integrations settings. Disconnecting does not delete posts already published on Instagram or Facebook, or the workspace’s editorial records. To request removal of imported account data, drafts, media or publishing records, email hello@belonginteriors.com with the account or Page name. We will verify authority over the account before handling the request. Automatic deletion of these records has not been configured.
Your browser
Saved inspiration uses local storage for image IDs, without your contact details. The marketing site does not currently include advertising trackers or social-media tracking pixels. External social links take you to those services under their own policies.
