- Build and look after our circle of suppliers and makers.
- Gather quotes, compare them fairly and keep costs open.
- Raise orders and chase deliveries, gently but firmly.
- Check what arrives: right shade, right batch, right count.
- Keep our sample library tidy and inspiring.
A Tuesday, roughly
- 10:00Three quotes for quartz. You spot the one that left out edge polishing.
- 12:00A supplier offers ‘next week’. You leave with ‘Thursday’.
- 3:00Hold laminate shades up to real daylight before anyone chooses.
- 5:00Update the order tracker, so nobody has to ask you.
